This policy explains how Tidetree (“we”) handles personal information when you use this website or contact us. Tidetree Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17563826, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

What we collect

If you email us or book a call, we collect your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us about your business. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our business: Cloudflare (website hosting), Microsoft (email), and our booking and form tools. They process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your information.

Our clients’ customers

When we provide AI phone assistants or other tools for a client, we process their customers’ information on the client’s behalf, under a separate data processing agreement with that client.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually 6 years for financial records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
